- This Spider joined our Black & White Collection in November 2010 when we purchased it in the New Forest from it's owner of nearly thirty five years. It was sadly sold in January 2012.
- Manufactured on January 9th 1963 as one of only 2,255 2600 Spiders produced by Carrozzeria Touring between 1962 and 1968. It's original colour was Alfa Red.
- The engine is a 2,584cc triple Solex carburettor equipped straight six twin-cam unit delivering 145 Bhp.
- This example is very unusual having been sold new in the UK by Rudds Alfa Romeo of Worthing in West Sussex. It was registered by them on March 14th 1963. Even more unusual is that the car was supplied new in the UK with left hand drive.
- The car was last licenced for the road in 1983 and last MOT'd in June 1987, at 70,140 miles.
